(ORAL) Prayer in the instant petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to petitioner Niko Devi @ Sukhwinder Kaur in case FIR No.27 dated 26.12.2017 registered under Sections 465, 467, 468, 420, 406 and 120-B IPC at Police Station Dhar Kalan, District Pathankot.

On instructions from ASI Balbir Singh, learned State counsel submits that petitioner has joined the investigation and is no more required for interrogation.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, the order dated 21.05.2018 passed by this Court is made absolute. Disposed of accordingly.
