SABINA, J Petitioner has filed this petition under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 seeking anticipatory bail in FIR No.176 dated 15.11.2013, under Sections 302, 148 and 149 of Indian Penal Code, 1860 and Sections 25 and 27 of Arms Act, 1959 registered at Police Station Sarhali, District Tarn Taran.
While issuing notice of motion, following order was passed by this Court on 29.06.2015:- " Learned counsel for the petitioner inter alia contends that petitioner is the father of Paljinder Singh and Gurparkash Singh, two of the accused who are already facing trial and there are 12 injuries on the person of Paljinder Singh and 9 on

It is further submitted that the petitioner was found innocent during investigation and has been arraigned as accused in terms of Section 319 Cr.P.C. Learned counsel has also handed over certified copy of summoning order dated 02.03.2015 passed by learned trial Court and the same be taken on record.
Notice of motion for 04.09.2015.
In the meanwhile, on appearance of the petitioner before the trial Court on the date already fixed, the petitioner would be admitted to bail on furnishing bail bonds to the satisfaction of trial Court. Till then arrest of the petitioner shall remain stayed. "
Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that in terms of the above order, petitioner has surrendered before the trial Court and has furnished interim bail. Accordingly, interim bail furnished by the petitioner before the trial Court in pursuance to the order dated 29.06.2015, is made absolute.
Petition stands disposed of accordingly.
