The present petition has been filed seeking quashing of FIR No.257 dated 17.12.2024 under Sections 406, 420, 120B IPC, 1860 registered at Police Station City Rajpura, District Patiala.

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks to withdraw the present petition with liberty reserved to the petitioner to file fresh with better particulars.
