Learned counsel for respondent No.3-Commission has informed this Court that pursuant to the order dated 01.04.2021 passed by this Court after entertaining the application of the appellant, he had participated in the examination and has cleared the same, but the aforesaid examination was scrapped and in the 2nd examination, he appeared and could not be successful. The selection process has now attained finality.

In view of the above, no cause of action survives in this appeal, hence, the same is dismissed.
