Present petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, inter alia, for quashing the impugned category wise result dated 30.12.2021 (P-3) for the post of Ward Attendant advertised by respondent No. 2 (P-1).

Learned counsel for respondent No. 3-University has produced a copy of minutes of meeting held on 05.03.2022, which is taken on record as Mark-'X'.

In view of the above report, learned counsel, on instructions from petitioner, does not press the present petition any further. Disposed off accordingly.
