**** MANJARI NEHRU KAUL, J. (Oral) The present petition has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C., for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, in case FIR No. 48, dated 18.08.2018, under Section 354 IPC, registered at Police Station Rawalpindi, District Kapurthala.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that pursuant to order dated 13th March, 2019, passed by this Court, the petitioner has joined the investigation. This fact is not disputed by the counsel for the State as well. Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Tarsem Singh, states that the petitioner is no longer required for further interrogation, besides, report under Section 173 Cr.P.C. also stands presented in the Court on 10th January, 2020.

In view of the above, the petition is allowed and interim order dated 13th March, 2019, is made absolute subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
