However, it surfaces that neither any application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner nor any order has ever been passed by the authorities concerned to consider his case for premature release.

It shall be open to the petitioner to move appropriate application to the authorities concerned.

In view of the aforestated position, the instant petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent-authorities to consider his case for premature release in accordance with the rules, law and policy, as applicable to him.
