(ORAL) Learned counsel for the petitioner stated that since the petitioner has been convicted, therefore, the present petition filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. seeking regular bail in FIR No.61 dated 14.07.2020, registered under Sections 302 of IPC (Sections 376 of IPC added later on), at Police Station Mehna, District Moga has become infructuous and withdraws the same.

In view of the statement, the present petition stands dismissed as withdrawn as having become infructuous.
