Naresh Kumar Sanghi, J.(Oral) Learned counsel for the State, on instructions from ASI Surinder Singh, Police Station, Bilga, Police District Jalandhar Rural, submits that in compliance of the interim directions issued by this Court dated 29.06.2015, the petitioners did join the investigation and their custodial interrogation is not required.
In view of the above, the present petition is allowed. Interim directions issued by this Court dated 29.06.2015 are made absolute.
The petitioners shall continue to join the investigation as and when required to do so and abide by all the terms and conditions as laid down under Section 438(2), Cr.P.C. In case the petitioners do not co-operate with the Investigating Agency for further interrogation then the Investigating Agency would be free to move an application for recalling the present order.
