(ORAL) The present petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India inter alia seeking issuance of a writ in the nature of Certiorari for quashing order dated 08.08.2024 (Annexure P-1) passed by the learned Financial Commissioner, wherein respondent No.1 had dismissed the revision petition, which was filed against the order of Sanad Takseem dated 23.08.2021 (Annexure P-2), order dated 12.04.2021 of approving Naksha Bey, order dated 14.07.2021 approving Naksha Erri and all the other partition proceedings.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that there are certain inadvertent errors in the instant writ petition, therefore he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to the petitioners to file fresh one with better particulars.
