Through this petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for quashing FIR No.48 dated 17.06.2017 registered under Sections 279/337/427 IPC at Police Station Mulepur, District Fatehgarh Sahib on the basis of compromise between the parties. Learned counsel for respondents No.2 and 3 has objected to the alleged compromise and quashing of aforesaid FIR. In view of above, instant petition is dismissed being not maintainable.
