***** JASJIT SINGH BEDI, J. (Oral) The present petition has been filed for the quashing of an FIR No.0380 dated 27.11.2016 under Section 379 IPC registered with Police Station Pinjore, District Panchkula (Annexure P-1) and all other consequential proceedings arising therefrom.

The learned counsel for the State submits that out of 09 prosecution witnesses, 03 already stand examined. In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to raise all their pleas as mentioned in this petition before the Trial Court.
