Petitioners have filed the present petition under Section 528 of BNSS, 2023, for quashing of FIR No. 138, dated 23.12.2020, registered under Sections 306, 120-B of IPC, at P.S. Valtoha, District Tarn Taran (Annexure P-1), and all the consequential proceedings arising therefrom, on the basis of the compromise/settlement dated 06.07.2022 (Annexure P-6), effected between the parties.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw present petition. 3.

Dismissed as withdrawn.
