**** HARSIMRAN SINGH SETHI , J. (ORAL) Present writ petition has been filed by the petitioners claiming the re-fixation of their pay in view of the orders of this Court passed in CWP No.16084 of 1997, CWP No.2757 of 1998 and CWP No.4518 of 2000 which were upheld by the Hon'ble Supreme Court, vide order dated 08.12.2015 being Civil Appeal No.8661 of 2009. Petitioners claim that they are similarly situated with those who have been granted the relief by this Court, but the same has not been granted to them only on the ground that they have not approached this Court and were not the petitioners in above mentioned writ petitions. Alongwith the present petition, petitioners have attached the representation dated 01.08.2017 (Annexure P-1). The said representation
-2has only been filed by petitioners No.1 to 6. There is no representation, which the other petitioners have filed seeking the same relief. Faced with the situation, counsel for the petitioners states that all the remaining petitioners will also file the representation seeking the said claim within a period of three weeks from today. Notice of motion.
On the asking of the Court, Mr. Charanjit Singh Bakhshi, Addl. A.G., Haryana, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents-State. Counsel for respondents-State states that department has no objection for deciding the representation filed by petitioners No.1 to 6 or the representation, which petitioners No.7 to 26, will file within a period of three weeks from today, as claimed by them, in a time bound manner. Keeping in view the request made by counsel for the parties and without going into the merits of the case or the entitlment of petitioners No.1 to 6 in repsect of the claim made in the representation or in the representation which is likely to be filed by the other petitioners as undertaken, within a period of three weeks, the respondents are directed to decide the representation dated 01.08.
2017 (Annexure P-1) and the representation to be filed by the other petitioners, by passing a speaking order in view of the settled principle of law. Let the decision be taken by the respondents within a period of three months from the date of filing of representation by the other petitioners, claiming the relief, as claimed in the present writ petition.
