Learned State counsel has filed short reply by way of affidavit of Aditya, IPS, Senior Superintendent of Police, Gurdaspur, District Gurdaspur on behalf of respondent no.2 in Court today. The same be kept on record. Copy thereof has been furnished to learned counsel for the petitioner.
