This is a petition filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. seeking regular bail in a case registered against the petitioner vide FIR No. 782 dated 27.08.2014 under Sections 376, 312, 506, 120B IPC and section 4 of the POCSO Act, 2012 at Police Station Chandni Bagh, Panipat.

At the outset, learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Subhash Chander, who is present in court, points out that out of sixteen witnesses cited by the prosecution, fifteen have been examined. Next date fixed before the trial court is 21.11.2015. According to him, trial is likely to culminate soon and prosecution shall not delay the matter in any manner.

In view of above, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be allowed to withdraw this petition. Dismissed as withdrawn.
