**** ANITA CHAUDHRY, J (ORAL) Through the instant petition, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in case FIR No. 228 dated 17.11.2017, registered under Sections 452, 354, 323, 511 IPC and Section 458 IPC (added later on), Police Station Civil Lines, District Bathinda. On the oral request made by counsel for the petitioner, Section 325 IPC is added in the head note and prayer clause of the petition. Registry to make necessary correction in the head note and prayer clause of the petition.

Counsel for the petitioner states that pursuant to the order dated 18.1.2018, passed by this Court, the petitioner has joined the investigation. State counsel submits that no recovery is to be effected. She further submits that the petitioner has joined the investigation. No. M-2164 of 2018 -2Looking to the circumstances, but without commenting on the merits of the case, the petition is allowed and order dated 18.1.2018 granting interim bail to the petitioner is made absolute subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438 Sub Section 2 Clauses (i) (ii) and (iii) of the Code of Criminal Procedure with the rider that the petitioner will not visit the colony where the complainant lives and will not tamper with evidence in any manner.
