(Oral) Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Dharambir Singh, Police Station Hansi Sadar, submits that during the course of investigations, petitioners have been found innocent by the Investigating Officer. Faced with this situation, counsel for the petitioners has made statement withdrawing the present petition. However, reserving his right to invoke the jurisdiction of this Court again on similar grounds, if eventuality so arises.
