learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Kaithal, whereby the petitioner-Jagbir Singh was declared as a Proclaimed Person.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has surrendered before the trial Court on 16.04.2024 and he has also been admitted to regular bail by the trial Court.

The aforesaid fact has also been confirmed by learned State counsel, upon instructions from SI Rekha Rani. 4.

In view of the above, counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition as the same has been rendered infructuous.
