(Oral) Petitioner is seeking quashing of order dated 06.04.2015 (Annexure P-4) whereby the revision petition filed by the respondent has been allowed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Special Court, Chandigarh, subject to payment of costs of `10,000/- to be paid to the petitioner. Further, the trial Court was directed to proceed with the case according to law and to give three effective opportunities to both the parties to lead evidence and to conclude the proceedings. Today, learned counsel for the respondent has informed that the application under Section 125 Cr.P.C., filed by the petitioner, has since been dismissed on 27.01.2017 by the trial Court and the instant petition has been rendered infructuous, which may be dismissed as such. In view of above facts, the present petition is dismissed as having rendered infructuous.
