(Oral) Today, at the very outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the instant petition has been rendered infructuous inasmuch as the proceedings under Section 340 Cr.P.C. have been set aside in appeal vide order dated 2.3.2022 passed by the Court of learned Additional District and Sessions Judge, Sangrur.

In view of the aforesaid submission, the present petition is dismissed having become infructuous.
