Mr. Sushant Kareer, Advocate for the petitioners. Mr. Charanjit Pasricha, Advocate for the respondent no.1-Bank. RAJAN GUPTA J. (ORAL) Case has been taken up on Video Conferencing in view of COVID-19 Pandemic.

Petitioners seek a writ in the nature of mandamus to direct respondent no. 1-Bank to release their title-deeds/original documents as well as title deeds of the properties mortgaged by them vide letter dated 19.06.2020 (Annexure P-1). Stand of the petitioners is that they have cleared the outstanding amount vide pay order dated 08.12.2020. He has also referred to letter dated 14.12.2020, Annexure P-3 issued by respondent no. 2 with respect to the loan facility availed by petitioners. Learned counsel submits that petitioners made a representation, Annexure P-4 but no response has been received so far. Mr. Pasricha, who has advance copy of the petition, at the outset submits that representation shall be considered and a speaking order shall be passed which shall be conveyed to the petitioners at the earliest, in any case not later than three weeks from today.

In view of statement made by Mr. Pasricha, no further order needs to be passed. Disposed off.
