"#$ !% Petitioner Jagroop Singh alias Joopi is seeking regular bail through this invocation under Section 439 Cr.P.C. in a case registered by way of FIR No.30 dated 21.04.2015 registered at Police Station Ajitwal, District Moga under Section 15/61/85 of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985.

It is inter alia argued on behalf of the petitioner by Mr.N.S. received and which facts have been duly acceded to at the bar by learned State counsel who though has sought to oppose the grand of bail to the petitioner on the ground that he is facing similar other charges.

Keeping in view that there is an inordinate delay in analysis of the sample and the petitioner has already undergone substantive incarceration for being found in possession of illicit poppy husk and the trial will take a long time to conclude, impels this Court to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, he is ordered to be released on regular bail to the satisfaction of trial Court. The present petition stands disposed off accordingly. $ "% &'&() *#
