(Oral) CRM-40548-2024 By way of filing the instant application, the applicant/petitioner seek permission to withdraw the main case, which is presently fixed for 10.12.2024, and also has prayed for a direction to be issued to the Trial Court to decide the trial in a time bound manner.

In view of the specific prayer made by learned counsel for the applicant/petitioner for withdrawal of the main case and in view of the reasons mentioned in the instant application, the same is allowed and the main case i.e. CRM-M-12969-2024, which is presently fixed for 10.12.2024 is preponed and is taken on board today and the main case itself is hereby dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to raise all the pleas as have been raised herein before the Trial Court at appropriate stage. The Trial Court is further directed to take all necessary steps for conclusion of trial in expeditious manner.
