The present petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing of case FIR No.40 dated 02.03.2021 registered under Sections 120-B, 406 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, at Police Station Mundkati, District Palwal and all other subsequent proceedings arising therefrom.

Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition with liberty to the petitioner to avail all the legally available pleas before the Trial Court at an appropriate stage. 3.
