(Oral) Prayer in this petition is for directing respondents No.2 and 3 to hold a fair and independent enquiry on the complaint of the petitioner which was marked to respondent No.3 against respondent Nos.4 to 7 and further directed to respondent No.2 to decide the complaint/representation dated 17.2.2024 (Annexure P-1). Learned counsel for the petitioner at this stage limits his prayer and submits that the petitioner would be satisfied if direction is issued to respondent No.2-Commissioner of Police, Amritsar, to consider and take a final decision on representation dated 17.2.2024 (Annexure P-1) made by the petitioner in a time bound manner. Notice of motion.
