Present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for seeking directions to the respondents to get the trial of petitioner conducted through video conference in case FIR No. 463 dated 15.7.2015, registered under Sections 148, 149, 302, 307 & 120-B IPC and Sections 25 & 27 of the Arms Act, 1959 at Police Station DLF Qutab Enclave, District Gurgaon. Report from the District & Sessions Judge, Gurugram has been received according to which, by now petitioner has not moved any application for conducting trial through video conferencing. In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioner wishes that he may be allowed to withdraw the present petition and restricted his prayer that learned trial Court be directed to pass an order on any application filed for conducting trial through video conferencing.
