SANDEEP MOUDGIL, J (ORAL) The jurisdiction of this Court has been invoked under Section 483 BNSS, 2023 seeking the concession of grant of regular bail for the petitioner in FIR No.06 dated 25.01.2024 under Sections 308,452,323,148,149 IPC (Sections 302,201,449 IPC added later on) registered at P.S Qila Lal Singh, Police District Batala, District Gurdaspur.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition, at this stage. Prayer is accepted.

Dismissed as withdrawn, at this stage.
