***** Rajan Gupta, J. (Oral) Petitioner has preferred this petition seeking a direction to the respondent-CBI to file a progress report pursuant to direction given by this court in CRWP-382-2016.
Learned counsel for CBI seeks to place on record the report. Prayer is accepted. Report is taken on record. On perusal thereof, it appears that CBI is proceeding further with the investigation. On a query being put to Mr. Goel as to how much time is likely to be taken by the investigating agency, he submits that the same is likely to be completed within 04 months. Report be kept in a sealed cover.
As progress report has been submitted and limited prayer made by the petitioner has been redressed. This petition is hereby disposed of. Petitioner shall, however, be at liberty to seek revival of the petition, in case, any grouse subsists.
