The prayer in the present petition filed under Section 528 of BNSS, 2023 is for issuance of directions to quash the inquiry report dated 27.07.2024 (Annexure P-4) as its findings run contrary to the findings arrived at in the earlier inquiry report.

Without going into the respective merits of the contentions raised by either side, the present petition is disposed of with the directions to the DIG, Ferozepur Range to examine all the inquiry reports and only then submit a final report after hearing all the affected parties. 3.

All the pending miscellaneous applications, if any, stand disposed of.
