H. S. Madaan, J. (Oral) On being enquired, petitioner No.1. Lovepreet Kaur, has stated that though she had got married with petitioner No.2. Kulwinder Singh, but she does not want to go with him and rather wants to accompany her parents Balwinder Singh and Kamaljit Kaur, who are present in Court. She states that she does not require any police protection.

Learned counsel representing petitioners states that petitioner No.2 - Kulwinder Singh has got apprehension of physical harm at the hands of private respondents.

Let him approach the SSP, Hoshiarpur in that regard. The petition stands dismissed.
