This petition has been filed by petitioners Malti Devi, Avdhesh Kumar Raghav and Tarun Raghav, all of them being accused in F.I.R No. 327 dated 17.9.2019 for offences under Sections 120-B/406/420/467/471/468 registered with Police Station Bhondsi, Gurugram seeking quashing of F.I.R and ancillary proceedings on the basis of settlement/compromise dated 27.1.2021.

Mr. Tanuj Sharma, AAG, Haryana has accepted notice on behalf of State of Haryana.

Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Vinod Kumar has stated that the petitioners have not joined the investigation. Learned counsel for the petitioners states that he has not received any notice from the investigating officer to join the investigation. He states that he be permitted to withdraw the present petition since he intends to file fresh petition after joining the investigation by the petitioners. Permission is granted.
