However, perusal of the paperbook reveals that none had made appearance on behalf of the appellants on the last date of hearing. Even, today none has made appearance on their behalf. Seemingly, the appellants are not interested in pursuing the instant appeal. As such, the instant appeal is hereby dismissed for want of prosecution, with clause of revival, if so, necessitated within a period of three months from today onwards.
