Vs.

State of Punjab --Respondent.

CORAM : HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE RAMESHWAR SINGH MALIK Present : Mr. Kamaljeeet S. Mamrat, Advocate for the petitioner.

**** RAMESHWAR SINGH MALIK J. (ORAL) Petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in FIR No.33 dated 15.2.2014 under Sections 21/61/85 of the NDPS Act, registered at Police Station City South Moga, District Moga. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner had been regularly appearing before the learned trial court. However, when the case was listed for 12.5.2015, petitioner could not appear because he wrongly noted the date as 11.5.2015 instead of 12.5.2015. He further submits that the petitioner is ready and willing to surrender before the learned trial court within a period of one week from today and the learned trial court may be directed to decide his bail application sympathetically.
