Present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for issuance of directions to the official respondents to take effective steps to arrest the accused persons involved in case FIR No. 104 dated 11.10.2015, registered under Sections 364 & 34 IPC at Police Station Arniwala, District Fazilka. Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that though FIR was registered under Section 364 PC in the year 2015 against six accused but none of them has been arrested so far. The complainant made different efforts including moving of representation dated 02.05.2018 (Annexure P2) before the authorities but still no action has been taken. Having considered the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner, present petition stands disposed of with the direction that representation dated 02.05.2018 (Annexure P2), filed by the petitioner, be looked into by respondent No.2-Senior Superintendent of Police, Fazilka in Deepak Kumar Bhardwaj 2018.05.21 16:20 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
