(ORAL) Prayer in the instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been made for quashing FIR No.0031 dated 23.04.2017 registered under Sections 279, 337 and 427 IPC at Police Station Balongi, Kharar, District Mohali, on the basis of compromise dated 02.05.2018 (Annexure P-2). Pursuant to order dated 21.05.2018 of this Court, the parties appeared before learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Kharar, on 04.07.2018 to get their statements recorded. Learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Kharar, has submitted his report vide letter bearing No.366 dated 17.07.2018 duly forwarded by learned District and Sessions Judge, SAS Nagar vide Endst. No.7281 dated 18.07.2018.
According to the report, learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Kharar, is satisfied that parties have effected compromise voluntarily without any inducement, coercion or pressure etc. Ravinder Singh 2018.08.
-2CRM-M-21754 of 2018 harmony in relations between the parties, FIR No.0031 dated 23.04.2017 registered under Sections 279, 337 and 427 IPC at Police Station Balongi, Kharar, District Mohali along with all consequential proceedings arising therefrom, is hereby quashed, subject to payment of costs of `10,000/-, out of which `6,000/- shall be deposited with the Punjab State Legal Services Authority and `4,000/- with the Bar Council of Punjab and Haryana. Petition is disposed of accordingly.
List on 31.8.2018 for production of receipt with regard to deposit of aforesaid costs.
