(Oral) Prayer in this petition is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, in a case arising out of F.I.R No. 0071 dated 17.05.2016 under Section 498-A IPC, registered at Police Station City Nawanshar, District S.B.S. Nagar.

Today, parties were present in the Court and they were sent to Court Room No. 60 for mediation. Parties mediated with Mr. Birinder Singh, Mediator and he informed the Court that the matter stands compromised between the parties and the compromise deed has also been reduced into writing. The compromise deed is taken on record as Annexure A-1. In view of the totality of the facts and circumstances of the case, order dated 24.06.2016 passed by this Court whereby the ad-interim anticipatory bail was granted to the petitioner is made absolute. Parties are bound by the terms of the compromise deed.
