"#  $ Present petition has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. seeking grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner Anoop in case FIR No.145 dated 03.08.2013 registered at Police Station Siwani, District Bhiwani under Sections 148/149/302/323/325/506/427/120B IPC. It is inter alia argued by petitioner's counsel that in compliance of the previous orders dated 02.07.2015, the petitioner has put in appearance before the trial Court and has been admitted to bail, which is not controverted by learned State counsel.
