(Oral) The present petition has been filed under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari for setting aside order dated 23.10.2017 which was pronounced on 30.11.2017 (Annexure P-5) passed by the Deputy Collector, Abohar vide which demand of the petitioner to grant him additional point at the level of 168/192 for the purpose of irrigation has been declined and the order dated 12.02.2019 passed by the Divisional Canal Officer vide which the appeal against the order dated 30.11.2017 has been declined and order dated 25.11.2020 passed by Superintending Canal Officer vide which the appeal against the GEETA RANI 2023.11.24 11:20 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment

CWP-7806-2021 (O&M) -22023:PHHC:148777 order dated 12.02.2019 for setting aside the order dated 30.11.2017 has been declined.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition.
