This is a petition filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure seeking pre-arrest bail in a complaint case no. 22-1 of 2014 dated 25.01.2014 titled as "Sukhdeep Kaur vs. Sandeep Singh etc.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that pursuant to order dated December 14, 2015 costs have been deposited. Petitioner surrendered before the trial court pursuant to order dated February 10, 2015 passed by this court and was released on interim bail.

Learned counsel for the State (on instructions from ASI Lellu Ram, who is present in court) submits that trial of the case is almost over as case is at the stage of recording statement of accused under section 313 Cr.P.C.

In view of the above, order dated February 10, 2015 is made absolute subject to the conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.

Disposed of.
