***** Rajan Gupta, J. (Oral) By way of present petition under Section 439 Cr.P.C., petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered against him vide Fir No.199 dated 28.07.2015 under Sections 363, 366, 354-A, 376 and 506 IPC at Police Station Sadar Narwana, District Jind.
Trial is stated to be at a fag end as the statement of the accusedpetitioner under Section 313 Cr.P.C. is to be recorded on 12.06.2017. Petitioner is already on interim bail.
On a query being put to learned State counsel about the conduct of the petitioner during the interregnum, he submits that the petitioner had been regularly appearing before the court and facing the proceedings. In view of the above, order dated March 18, 2016, granting interim bail to the petitioner, is made absolute.
