***** ARCHANA PURI, J. (Oral) At this stage, it has been brought to the notice of the court by the counsel for the applicant that the connected transfer applications, reference whereof was made in the order dated 04.04.2025, have since been withdrawn by the respondent/wife. Even, Sh. M.S.Sidhu, Legal Aid Counsel, who had made appearance on behalf of the respondent, on the last date of hearing, today submits that both the connected transfer applications have since been dismissed as withdrawn and he has no authority to make appearance in the present case. As such, he submits that his presence be not recorded any further.

However, at this stage, the counsel for the applicant submits that he does not want to pursue with the transfer application and the same be dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty to file afresh with better particulars. Ordered accordingly.
