ALKA SARIN, J. (ORAL) The present appeal is of the year 1997. Vide order dated 05.02.2014 the present appeal was dismissed for non-prosecution. Thereafter, vide order dated 26.03.2014 it was restored to its original number.

Today no one has put in appearance on behalf of the appellants. It appears that the appellants are not interested in pursuing the appeal. This Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present appeal for nonprosecution. Dismissed for non-prosecution.
