NARESH KUMAR SANGHI, J (Oral) Prayer in this petition is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, Harish Kumar, son of Om Prakash, resident of House No. B-54, Bhagat Singh Colony, Ballabgarh, District Faridabad, who has been booked for having committed the offences punishable under Sections 120-B, 265, 379 and 420, IPC, in a case arising out of FIR No. 313, dated 5.6.2015, registered at Police Station, Central, Faridabad.

CRM-M-20793-2015 that in compliance of the order dated 1.7.2015, the petitioner did join the investigation and his custodial interrogation is not required.
Keeping in view the totality of the facts and circumstances of case and the statement suffered by learned counsel for the State, the present petition is allowed. The ad-interim directions issued by this Court vide order dated 1.7.2015 are made absolute. The petitioner shall continue to join the investigation as and when required to do so and abide by all the conditions laid down in Section 438(2), Cr.P.C.
