JASWANT SINGH, J (ORAL) Prayer is for grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR No.93 dated 03.05.2015 under Sections 384/120-B IPC, registered at P.S City Ferozepur. The allegations against the petitioners and the other accused were that under the garb of making sexual relations with sepoys in army, they extracted money from them. On the basis of the information received by the Police a raid was conducted at hotel Fiza in Ferozepur City, where the petitioners were not found and a false allegation was made that they had escaped. The other three accused arrested by the police from the spot have been allowed regular bail.

Learned counsel states that the petitioners have since joined investigation and nothing is to be recovered from them. Learned state counsel, on instructions from ASI Baljinder Singh, concedes that the petitioners have joined investigation. In view of the above, interim bail/protection granted vide order dated 01.07.2015 passed by this Court is hereby made absolute. Petition stands disposed of.
