Present petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for seeking pre-arrest bail to the petitioner(s) in case FIR No. 263 dated 08.06.2018, registered under Section(s) 420, 467, 468, 471 & 120-B IPC at Police Station Dharuhera, District Rewari.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that the petitioner has since joined the investigation and he is not required for further investigation in any way. Thus, he be released on pre-arrest bail. Learned counsel for the respondent-State, on instructions from Assistant Sub Inspector Bhagwan Das, affirmed the fact that the petitioner has joined the investigation and is not required for any further investigation in the matter.
