(ORAL) The petitioner (plaintiff in the Civil Suit) herein has laid challenge to the order Annexure P-4 passed by the Additional Civil Judge (Senior Division), Balachaur (for short 'the trial Court') on 08.03.2022 declining his prayer for the grant of ex-parte stay and he has also assailed the order passed on 24.03.2022 (Annexure P-5) whereby the trial Court has adjourned the Civil Suit to 19.04.2022 for filing of the written statements by the defendants, without entertaining the injunction application moved by him therein.

At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would be moving an appropriate application before the trial Court on 04.04.2022 for taking up the said injunction application, as moved by him, for hearing and he prays that the trial Court be directed to decide the same at the earliest possible.

Resultantly, the revision petition in hand stands disposed of NEETU RANI 2022.04.02 13:36 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document PHHC
