Nitin Kaushal, learned counsel, appearing for respondent No. 3 - Baba Farid University of Health Sciences, Faridkot, submits that the respondent-authorities have already taken into consideration the petitioner's e-mails/representations (Annexures P-9 and P-10). However, he submits that the respondent-authorities would re-consider the same and take a decision thereon in accordance with law which shall be communicated to the petitioner accordingly.

In view of the aforesaid submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the statement of learned counsel for respondent No. 3, the writ petition stands disposed of as withdrawn in terms thereof.
