RAMENDRA JAIN, J. (ORAL) Prayer in the instant petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to petitioner Murti Devi in case FIR No.352 dated 05.05.2018 registered under Sections 147, 149, 186, 332, 353, 379-B IPC and Sections 3 and 6 of the Pre-Natal Diagnostic Techniques (Regulation and Prevention of Misuse) Act, 1994 at Police Station Assandh, Karnal.
On instructions from ASI Manjur Ali, learned State counsel submits that petitioner has joined the investigation and is no more required for interrogation.
Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, the order dated 21.05.2018 passed by this Court is made absolute. Disposed of accordingly.
