This is a petition filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure seeking pre-arrest bail in a case registered against the petitioner vide FIR No. 324 dated 16.05.2015 under Sections 420/467/468/471/120-B IPC at Police Station Nuh District Mewat.

Notice of motion.

On the asking of court, Mr. Shilesh Gupta, Addl. A.G. Punjab, who is present in court, accepts notice on behalf of the respondent. He (on instructions from H.C. Mool Chand, who is present in court) submits that pursuant to order dated July 10, 2015, petitioner has joined the investigation and is no longer required for custodial interrogation.

In view of the above, order dated July 10, 2015 is hereby made absolute subject to the conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
